RETURNS

THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH FAMILY STYLE DESIGN CO., AS YOU KNOW, WE ARE A FAMILY RUN, SMALL BUSINESS.  WE WANT TO WORK WITH YOU ON THE SATISFACTION OF OUR PRODUCTS BECAUSE WE BELIEVE WHAT YOU PURCHASE FROM US CREATES A MUTUAL CONNECTION FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

RETURN POLICY FOR WEB PURCHASES:

  • If you receive a defective item it can be exchanged or replaced free of charge as long as we have that item in stock, otherwise you will be issued store credit via E-Gift Card. 
    All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Please report any damages to info@familystyledesignco.com. Please provide photos of the defective item, the box or packaging that item was shipped in and a short description of what is wrong with the item, order number, your name and shipping address. Once we have reviewed and deemed defective from the manufacturer we will contact you with instructions on returning and replacing item.
  • If item is damaged from the shipping you will need to file a claim with that shipper. We are not responsible for these damages.
  • Merchandise that has been washed or used cannot be returned.
  • If you feel you need to return an item for what ever reason, return will be issued refunds in the form of a E-Gift Card
  • We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a E-Gift Card.
  • Returns must be unused, with all tags attached in original packaging. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  • Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse.  The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older THAN 15 days, will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • Returning your item(s) is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging or if item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them, or if returns are not received or within the listed time frame the items will not be eligible for a refund and you will be notified.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless item is defective.
  •  If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Return shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from you issued store credit/E-Gift Card.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN PAST THE 15 DAY PERIOD FOR STORE CREDIT?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns past the 15 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be contacted and required to pay a return shipping charge to have the items sent back. 
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
  • Sale 
  • Perishable items (food or items with a "use by" date)
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, you must return your unwanted item back to us, shipped at your own expense. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size or color using your store credit. 
PLEASE NOTE: Return & Exchange Shipping is NOT refundable.
